Part of our listing presentation will include a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) of your home. We compare your home to other houses that have recently sold in Cleveland, Ooltewah and Athens and what is currently on the market. Using this information and our own analysis of your home we will come up with the market value of your home and what we think is a fair price. Knowing what is going on in the real estate market in your area is an essential part of getting your house sold. Don't list your house without a CMA done by a certified Agent!
